BOOKING & PAYMENT

- In the unlikely event that your locations event is cancelled ExerciseNZ will refund all paid bookings in full
- Ticket transfer is possible for free up to 14 days before each event (to a person eligible to receive what you paid). After that time $15 fee applies.
- Refunds are not offered for no shows, change of mind or circumstances.
- If using a coupon code & your facility picks up the whole cost of your ticket - bookings will be confirmed the next 2 business days.
